2 Eligibility and Age Restriction
18+ Only. The xajee platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. It is illegal for persons under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or engage in any gaming or betting activity on this platform. xajee applies mandatory age verification procedures and will permanently close any account found to belong to an underage player.

Documents typically requested include a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate, supplemented by proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months. 3 Account Registration and Security
Each player may register exactly one personal account on the xajee platform. Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for the security of your xajee account credentials. Your obligations in this regard include:
- Choosing a strong, unique password that is not used on any other service and updating it periodically.

- Logging out of your xajee session at the end of each use, particularly when accessing the platform from a shared or public device.

xajee will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where xajee was not notified promptly after you became aware of the breach. xajee will never contact you to request your full password by any channel — any communication purporting to request your password from xajee should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
In accordance with our commitment to security and fair play, xajee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. You may be required to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal or at any time at xajee's discretion. KYC documents must be authentic — submitting falsified, altered, or fraudulent documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
xajee supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All financial transactions on the xajee platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit by default, although xajee reserves the right to apply limits to specific accounts as part of its fraud prevention and responsible gaming protocols.
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your xajee wallet within 2–5 minutes of confirmation. Delays may occur during periods of high network traffic or scheduled maintenance by the payment provider.
- xajee does not charge fees on standard deposits processed via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. However, your mobile banking provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees, for which xajee bears no responsibility.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. xajee does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not yet completed KYC may experience delays in withdrawal processing until verification is complete.
- Standard withdrawal processing times are 1–4 hours for bKash and Nagad after internal approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
- xajee reserves the right to request supporting documentation for withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
- Funds deposited but never wagered may be subject to an administrative processing fee upon withdrawal at xajee's discretion, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
Currency and Exchange
All balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). xajee does not accept or process transactions in any cryptocurrency or foreign currency. Any conversion costs incurred if your payment provider processes in a different currency are your sole responsibility.
xajee's payment operations team monitors all transactions to ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal risk policies. Cashback Offers

7 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your xajee account; initiating fraudulent chargebacks on genuine deposits; or colluding with payment processors to reverse legitimate transactions.

xajee reserves the right to withhold and void any winnings that arose from or were facilitated by any of the prohibited conduct listed above, in addition to any other remedies available under these Terms or applicable law.
8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

Permitted Use

Platform Availability

11 Account Closure and Termination
Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may close your xajee account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected] from the email address registered to your account. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, xajee will process any available withdrawable balance (i.e., real-money funds free of wagering requirements) within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Bonus funds and bonus-funded winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Once a closure request has been processed, all associated player data will be handled in accordance with xajee's Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.
Closure by xajee
xajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Identification of the account as a duplicate or associated account held by a player who already holds an active xajee account.
- Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
- Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- A requirement to do so under applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.
- Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, xajee reserves the right to retain the account balance as partial or full compensation for losses or administrative costs incurred as a result of the breach. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, regulatory requirements), xajee will process any eligible balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive calendar months of inactivity (no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal). Prior to applying a dormancy fee, xajee will notify you by email at your registered address. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from dormant account balances until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by player login. You may reactivate your account by logging in at any time, provided the account has not been otherwise closed or restricted.
12 Amendments and Governing Law
Right to Amend
xajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, xajee will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform homepage, with reasonable advance notice where practicable. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated in the "Effective date" field at the top of this page. Severability

Entire Agreement

Waiver
